By using KinetiMart, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. You must be at least 18 years old.
3. Purchases
All prices are shown in USD unless noted. Prices and product availability may change without notice. Placing an order is an offer, which we may accept or decline.
4. Agency services
Custom service engagements are governed by a separate scope of work. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Marketplace conduct
Sellers must offer genuine products, respond to buyers within 48 hours, and comply with our seller policies. Buyers must not abuse refunds or chargeback fraudulently.
6. Prohibited content
No illegal goods, counterfeit items, hate speech, adult content, or anything violating Google Shopping policies.
7. Intellectual property
All KinetiMart content, logos, and code are owned by us or our licensors. Do not copy without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KinetiMart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
